Class Summary

On Tuesday in class we did the fishbowl activity. The class was split up into a few groups and each from had a different perspective on the Trail of Tears. The groups were the Christian missionaries, the Cherokee, Congress, and Andrew Jackson. Andrew Jackson in real life, despite everyone disagreeing with him, pushed the Indians out west. His unconstitutional act went unpunished. Today in class we read a primary and secondary source regarding the chief Red Cloud, and then answered questions. At the end of class we discussed them.
